Starting with a focus on marketing executives in Ukraine, King’s Choice swiftly recognized the transformative potential of the IT industry. Pivoting with purpose, we delved deep into IT technical recruiting, a domain where our drive and prowess genuinely shine.

As King’s Choice continues its journey, our mission is clear: to stay a trusted partner, ensuring that wherever there’s a product company in need, we will connect them with their next tech genius. Every match we facilitate isn’t just a recruitment ticked-off; it’s a partnership forged.

2013
On January 8th, King’s Choice emerged in Ukraine, concentrating on sourcing marketing executives.
2014
We made a pivot to focus solely on IT recruitment.
Through our “Vacancy Wall” initiative, we marked our presence at prominent IT
forums/conferences such as IForum, DevGAMM,FlashGAMM etc.
2015
We launched our IT relocation recruitment service, extending our reach to hire for companies in Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Estonia.
2020
Building on our previous successes, we began establishing ready-to-operate R&D centers in Ukraine for European and Israeli firms.
2021
A year marked by ambitious projects, notably with Auto 1.
We established a comprehensive R&D centre for them in just 9 months.
